Tootdeck’s vision is to empower every professional in the world to create their brand. We want our users, i.e. you, to use Tootdeck’s engaging platform to toot your horn, build your reputation, and create your brand.Your privacy is important to Tootdeck. Information Tootdeck Collects
When you visit Tootdeck, we may collect information about what pages you access, the device that you are using, information that you send to us directly or post on our web site or on your page, and the address of web sites that refer you to Tootdeck.
We also store the name and email address that you enter when you register for an account. If you give us personal information about someone else, such as a spouse, colleague or friend, we will assume you have their permission to do so.
We may also collect and store an anonymized version of your IP address, which we may use to protect from spam, viruses, identity theft, illegal or harmful activities; we use this information to understand how people use Tootdeck, to develop and improve Tootdeck’s features and services.
Tootdeck uses an anonymized version of Google Analytics to gather and aggregate general information about user behavior. To the best of our knowledge, the information gathered by Google on Tootdeck’s behalf is collected in such a way that neither Tootdeck, nor Google, can easily trace saved information back to any individual user.
We may create anonymous records by excluding information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use or share this anonymous data for any purpose — for example, to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may make Tootdeck better.
From time to time we may email you information about Tootdeck that we think is necessary and important. By opening or maintaining an account with Tootdeck , you agree to receive administrative and notification emails. You can always opt-out of non-administrative emails.

We don’t sell information about our users to any third party. This includes advertisers, data brokers, search engines, or anyone else.
We may share some of your personal information with third parties under several circumstances, including (a) if you tell us it is OK to do so (b) if we believe that we need to do so by law (c) if we contract with a third party service provider to offer services for you — for example, we may need to pass your LinkedIn credentials to authenticate you if you decide to share your LinkedIn profile on Tootdeck.
Tootdeck’s policy is to give you advance notice if we are going to release your information unless by law we are prohibited from doing so. If we think that disclosing your information may prevent serious harm to Tootdeck, its users, you, or anyone else, we may do so without notifying you.
Tootdeck is a Public Network
Tootdeck is a platform built for tooting your horn to your community. Your community is defined by you. Your toots are shared only with your community based on your actions. However, some personally identifiable information such as your name, display name, city, country and such may be reveled in search to make you discoverable and connect. Tootdeck users, not part of your community can not see your posts. However, they may be able to see your dashboard, without discovering your identity. Content you post may be copied, shared, or re-posted on Tootdeck and on other parts of the internet in ways that we cannot control.
Currently, Tootdeck does not offer capabilities to delete posts. However, when we do, we will make it easier for you to delete your posts. Deleting your posts does not mean that your content has not been copied or shared elsewhere on Tootdeck or on the internet.
Tootdeck is also working on other products and services that enhances the enterprise users and recruiting firms. We will notify of policy changes and give you enough notice to understand what data we will share, if we do, with our enterprise and recruiter customers. However, being a professional network that is focused to empower you to build your brand, we strongly suggest that you consider this when deciding what to post and what not to post on Tootdeck. Toodeck and Cookies
You can turn cookies off on your web browser, but if you do, some features of Tootdeck may not work properly, and at times, not be able to log into Tootdeck at all.
From time to time we may supplement information you give us via Tootdeck from other sources, such as information validating your address or other available information about businesses. This is to help us maintain the accuracy of information and help us provide better service.
Data Storage and Deletion of Accounts and Data
You can access or change your personal profile and contact information through your Tootdeck settings page. At this time, Tootdeck does not offer features to delete or inactivate the account. It is our utmost priority to provide privacy to our users. Account deletion and inactivation are some of the priorities we are working.
Children Under 13
Tootdeck Services are intended for the general public, and are not meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you become aware that a child under the age of 13 is using Tootdeck, or has posted personal information about themselves on Tootdeck, and we will work to remove both the information and the child’s Tootdeck account.
Tootdeck may update this policy from time to time. We will let you know if we make signifiant changes by sending a notice to the email address connected with your Tootdeck account, or by placing a notice in a prominent place on our web site.
